Charles River Implements $150M Accelerated Stock Repurchase Program
Charles River Laboratories International, Inc. announced today that it has implemented a new accelerated stock repurchase (ASR) program to repurchase $150M of common stock, as part of its previously announced authorization from its Board of Directors to repurchase up to $750M of common stock.
